Room felt claustrophobic with limited space. The bed lacked comfort, and thin walls meant disturbances from noise. My room was never serviced during a four-night stay, which left me without fresh towels and essentials when needed.

It was clean, and the people were outstandingly accommodating. The room was warm, brand-new and had Wi-Fi, air conditioner and a carpet. I appreciated both wake-up service and exceptionally comfortable bed. Everything was great, nonetheless a few employees were really bad.

The location was comfy, just next door to many restaurant choices as well as fast food restaurants. The room we had was pet-friendly and rather spacious.

I was floored by the rudeness at the front desk, and the loud door slamming at 6:30 am was good. I expected at least a room upgrade for my troubles. But, surprise, surprise, none was available. It woudl ve been nice if they cared at all. Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn't.
